The College's Flexwork policy provides employees the opportunity to work from home. If you reside outside the state of Massachusetts and will be working from home at least one day a week, the Payroll Office must have documentation of your flexible plan in order to appropriately withhold payroll taxes in each state. Please complete the following form to verify your home state and frequency of work from home days.
